Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible: item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Not eligible for return: Bras, underwear, mystery box, free gifts, and final-sale items. Shapewear/bodysuits fall under this hygiene-sensitive category and are non-returnable once worn — recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

To start a return, contact us at ecommwithram@gmail.com. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival — contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval. If approved, refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass post-approval with no refund, contact ecommwithram@gmail.com.
